Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Destinations

We ship orders to all provinces and territories in Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; a physical address is required to ensure timely delivery. All orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99. (Your cart total must hit $99 before tax to receive free shipping.) Orders under $99 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $20. Expedited or priority shipping options are not available at this time. All rates are subject to change at any time.

Sales Taxes

All orders are subject to Canadian federal and provincial sales taxes where applicable.

Shipping Carriers

We will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order.

Processing & Transit Times

Orders are processed on weekdays, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders received before noon will ship the next business day. Please note that once an order has been processed, we are not able to modify or cancel the items.

Estimated transit times are as follows:

  • 2–3 business days (MB; ON; PQ)
  • 4–6 business days (AB; NB; NS; NL; PE; SK)
  • 5–8 business days (BC)
  • 10+ business days (NU, NT, YK)

Tracking Info

All shipments are tracked from the time they’re picked up by the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can track its progress.

Store Pickup

If you’re in the Greater Toronto Area, you can choose at checkout to pick up your order from our retail location in Sherway Gardens. If your order is placed before noon, it will be ready for pickup the following business day during regular store hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
