At Voyatique, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, and provided the product(s) are in like-new condition and in their original packaging, you may return your product(s) within 10 days for a full refund. Manufacturer Warranties

Voyatique

All Voyatique luggage and bags are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and functional or structural issues resulting from defective materials or workmanship. This may include issues with wheels, handles, zippers, locks, closures, or other structural components.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidents, misuse, neglect, improper care, or damage caused during transportation. Travel accessories are not covered by warranty.

Samsonite

Samsonite products are rigorously tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with a Samsonite product and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Samsonite will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the product in accordance with its warranty terms and conditions.

Titan

Titan combines the highest standards of quality, functionality and design with genuine German engineering and manufacturing expertise.
